Loved the "out of the way" experience that Kerry organised for us in Japan, especially the time spent in the traditional Japanese ryokens. Not only immersing ourselves in the hot springs but Japanese culture as well.

Kerry is currently organising my third holiday with TravelUn. The amazing service he provides and unique experiences he organises are what keep me coming back. Every single hotel he has booked for us (and there have been many!) has been thoughtfully chosen so that they are well-located for both transport and experiencing the best that each town or city has to offer. One highlight was a week spent travelling around the island of Kyushu in Japan, arranged in partnership with a local expert the whole thing was perfectly choreographed: every bus and train ticket purchased in advance, awaiting our arrival with foolproof instructions so we didn’t miss any connections. We were even upgraded to a lovely suite in Nagasaki, which I’m convinced is because of the relationship between the hotels and Kerry and his connections. We have been travelling by ship since the 60's and are very traditional cruisers (Cunard, Holland America, etc) who wanted nothing to do with "modern Cruising" until Kerry told us about his experience with Virgin Cruises and convinced us to give it a go. We loved it so much that we booked two more Virgin Cruises for this summer (my partner gave them 10/10). Thank you Kerry for recommending something to get us out of our comfort zone to experience a new way of enjoying the magic of cruising.

Kerry organized a fabulous trip for us to Japan and South Korea. All the accommodation was excellent, especially the very special Ryokan at the snow. His thorough explanations on how to navigate the public transport was definitely a bonus and it was great to talk to someone with plenty of knowledge of Japan. Plus, when we altered our itinerary just prior to leaving it wasn't a problem. Thanks Kerry, everything was wonderful and we're looking forward to our next adventure.

Over the last two years, I have been part of a specialist study program that took me to six (very remote) locations around the world - from Canada through to Mexico, Costa Rica and Peru - and I relied on Kerry as my indispensable and trusted travel guardian all the way. It would not have been the incredible experience it was without him - he dedicated himself to finding me the very best routes with the best connections for the best price, every time. Kerry Dickson is a phenomenal travel agent! He organised our 4-week trip through Europe and helped us to make the memories of a lifetime! He was thoughtful to our specific interests and tailored our itinerary, providing recommendations for everything ranging from accommodation, transport, cultural events and dining experiences! He maintained communication throughout, checking in frequently to ensure everything was going according to plan and to our satisfaction. Kerry took the stress out of the planning, especially with regards to travel connections as our trip involved different modes of transport across many countries on a tight schedule.
