Travel is my passion. I love exploring and discovering new places that offer unique and interesting experiences. This passion for travel has led me to create a personalised service for travellers whether travelling for leisure or business who enjoy well-executed and seamless travel arrangements based on extensive knowledge of and experience in the travel industry.
I assist in creating unique travel itineraries based on personality, budget and travel style to reflect the needs, wants and desires of the traveller, always working closely with the traveller. 24/7 service while travelling is an added safety net I offer to all my clients free of charge to ensure that in times of travel disruption immediate action can be taken to assist and find a solution.
For the business traveller, I aim to streamline travel expenses while working within the parameters of company travel policies to ensure all travel is completed with the budget in mind.
Having grown up in Europe, Germany to be precise, planning travel itineraries throughout Europe is my specialty as it is like introducing travellers to my “backyard”. Having lived in Asia for 7 years as well as in the USA for 7 years this adds to my expertise in these areas as well. But no matter where you wish to travel to in the world and what you personally wish to experience I am your personal guide along the way.
The world is a big place and offers so many unique and one of a kind experiences. In the words of Lao Tze “A single journey starts with the first step!”

We contacted Kerstin to help plan and book the travel for our new business. We have been limited with the current border restrictions but her assistance has saved us much time and money (through personal contacts and recommendations). Her knowledge of the industry is great and we highly recommend her services and will continue to book all trips through Kerstin.

We usually book most of our holidays online but with the uncertainty of COVID we chose to book our family trip to NZ through Kerstin. She was amazing throughout ensuring we had the correct paperwork, insurance and advise. She was continually monitoring and keeping us up to date with any changes and was always quick to answer any of our questions. I can highly recommend the accommodation and activities she recommended and booked for our stay. We now also use Kerstin to organise our business travel which helps keep everything hassle free.
