Erica was amazing.. every interaction was like dealing with your best friend. Nothing was a hassle, she made suggestions and recommendation from her own experience travelling that I hadn't even thought off and just made the whole experience simple. Highly recommend Erica and why I continue to go to travel agents rather than try do it myself.
