I found Sarah through an online search of travel agents in my area. Sarah responded quickly and arranged a first appointment at a local coffee shop. I outlined my thoughts about a five or six week overseas trip and in particular paying attention to the actual travel time between Melbourne and London. Sarah quickly came back to me with options for the travel including information about pending price rises which we were able to avoid. After a second meeting, Sarah quickly came back to me with accommodation and internal travel connections and suggestions for tours within the countries I was visiting. After my trip, I met Sarah again to debrief my trip and I was pleased to report that the accommodation, short tours, and train travel that she had arranged had more than met my expectations. I have no reservation at all in recommending Sarah's services.
I spent 9-27 July 2024 in Ukraine. Proof of Sarah's ethical care was her refusal to book my flights, being concerned for my safety. It took much effort to assure her: ethical to the max. Staying outside Kyiv, my Ukrainian hosts would avoid trouble. Without going, I would learn from Christian workers ferrying humanitarian supplies (including tourniquets) to the front.Sarah made the travel arrangements via Dubai and Warsaw a very smooth process: clear, unambiguous, well-documented, prompt, reliable, pleasant, unfussed. Although I had done some flight research, Sarah still efficiently checked alternatives. I appreciate her experience and thoroughness: competence to the max. Her agent's fee is amazingly modest. Sarah checked whether I could vary my return flights without additional charge. From day trips to the capital, I confidently note that Kyiv is still beautiful. With a just peace, Kyiv will flood with tourists. Go! Letting Sarah make the bookings would be a good start. Glad I went.

My holiday was a tour which followed my own itinerary. Sarah assisted me to organise hotel accommodation bookings and transport arrangements to fit my intended itinerary. She offered substantial knowledge on many aspects and when unsure re questions I asked she did appropriate research to respond to those questions. Details of my itinerary were packaged in a very easy to follow schedule. She also provided personal knowledge of relevant activities and places I visited.Communication and service Sarah provided was of a very high level. I recommend Sarah to provide assistance to anyone seeking to travel with either an organised tour or your own personal journey.

Sarah helped us plan a group missions trip to the Northern Territory. She made it really easy to navigate, found great experiences for us to do alongside it, and enabled us to not worry about logistics when we got there. Very thankful for her efforts.

After the Travel Agent I had used for many years decided to retire from the business, I was introduced by her to Sarah Knoll from Travel Managers.
Sarah proved to be a highly efficient, knowledgable and reliable person to work with.
She listened to my travel brief, delivering what I had requested in a timely manner , promptly answering all my emails and attending to all my concerns (no matter how big or small) within days , always keeping me 'in the loop' in a most satisfactory manner.
I cannot recommend Sarah highly enough. Rest assured you are in very good hands with Sarah !
